2Simple Remote Connection
The 2Simple support team can log in remotely to your network to help resolve any issues you may have.
Here, you can enter your 6-digit pin code which the support technician gives you:
When given a pin number by our support staff, please follow these steps to complete the connection:
- Enter the pin number provided and click "Connect to technician".
- When prompted, click RUN (Firefox users will need to save the file at this point).
- Click RUN to initiate the connection. A dialog box will appear showing "Connecting to rescue gateway" - click OK.
(Vista Users:
There will be an additional dialog box prompting you to elevate the session with UAC –click OK.)
- You will be asked to grant permission for 2Simple to perform one or more actions on your machine - click YES to allow this and complete the connection.
