Oct. 4, 2023

The World Health Organisation recognizes World Mental Health Day on 10th October every year. The aim of the day is to raise awareness of mental health and to drive positive change for everyone's wellbeing. This year the theme is 'mental health is a universal human right.'

In this blog, we look at a selection of free resources and ideas from around the web that you can use to get involved, raise awareness, and contribute to the cause. Please feel free to share them.
