The 2Simple support team can log in remotely to your network to help resolve any issues you may have. Here, you can enter your 6-digit pin code which the support technician gives you:

When given a pin number by our support staff, please follow these steps to complete the connection:

  1. Enter the pin number provided and click "Connect to technician".
  2. When prompted, click RUN (Firefox users will need to save the file at this point).
  3. Click RUN to initiate the connection. A dialog box will appear showing "Connecting to rescue gateway" - click OK. (Vista Users: There will be an additional dialog box prompting you to elevate the session with UAC –click OK.)
  4. You will be asked to grant permission for 2Simple to perform one or more actions on your machine - click YES to allow this and complete the connection.
