Who we are
We are a small friendly company specialising in creating powerful and easy to use software for primary school children, with offices in Central London, South Africa & Australia.
Our team includes a range of individuals who have worked in all sorts of roles in schools, such as head teachers, teachers, bursars and teaching assistants. We pride ourselves on making learning fun for children, making teachers’ lives easier and offering really great customer service.

CPD Consultant (Home-based with travel to West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire)
We’re looking for an experienced primary educator to join our team as a CPD Consultant, delivering engaging professional development to schools both online and onsite. Based from home with travel across West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. This 4-day per week role (£32,000–£37,000 pro rata) is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for supporting teachers, and experience in primary education.

Freelance CPD Consultant
Help teachers thrive by delivering high-quality CPD in schools across the UK. As a Freelance CPD Consultant with 2Simple, you’ll deliver engaging onsite and online sessions that empower educators and enhance the learning experience for pupils.
Sessions are paid at £180 (including travel and prep), and work is offered flexibly throughout the year. This role is ideal for experienced primary educators who are confident trainers, passionate about education technology, and looking for freelance opportunities that fit around other commitments.
