Delivered by former senior leaders and headteachers, our consultancy package ensures your school or trust makes the most of Know my School from day one.
Whether you're moving from paper-based plans or another digital system, we’ll help you implement your plans in a way that works for you.
What's Included?
Our team will fully transfer your existing school improvement plans, subject plans and action plans into Know my School.
Your platform will be custom-built using your current planning templates tailored to your exact specifications.
Expert training ensures your leadership team will be confident and ready to hit the ground running.
We'll guide your whole staff through the change process, making adoption and roll-out as smooth and effective as possible.

Typical MAT rollout plan
We offer a structured, proven process to support MAT-wide adoption:
- Introduction session (1 hour): Consultants meet with all heads to explain KMS benefits.
- Planning workshop (2 hours): Define what needs to be transferred and agree on templates.
- School-level rollout (2 hours): Senior leaders are trained and begin building/using the system.
- Ongoing support: Half-termly support surgeries for each school to optimise usage.
- Feature consultation: Continued collaboration with MAT leads to shape future development.
