The Bett show series | Evidence Me

March 16, 2022

The leading EdTech trade show in the UK is back and we'll be there! Bett 2022 is a free event that is taking place from 23rd to 25th March 2022 at London Excel. Each day in the run up to #BETT2022 we will be showcasing one of our products that you can find out more about at the show. You can find us on stand NE61 in the teaching and learning area. Today we take a look at Evidence Me, our on-the-go evidence, assessment and reporting app.

Evidence Me is your learning stories platform that puts the child at the centre of the learning process. The app and websuite enables teachers to capture learners experiences, monitor their development and create reports to show their progress. Our assessment and observation tool has helped over 15,000 educators wave goodbye to Post-It Notes, ring binders and scrapbooks to track learning.

The new Ofsted framework

Oct. 29, 2019

Ofsted have recently released their new Education Inspection Framework (EIF) with several changes that replace the current Common Inspection Framework (CIF). Concerns were raised that the curriculum became second place to performance measures and preparation for tests, meaning many, especially in disadvantaged and SEND schools, were not getting access to a rich, broad and deep curriculum. The new framework includes 4 key judgements; the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development and leadership and management. One thing we know several teachers are worried about is the Ofsted Deep Dive.
