After receiving over 100 entries to the Purple Mash Games Design Competition, we're down to the last 8 schools, who are all set to compete in the Grand Final at Amazon's UK HQ on 15th June. Let's look at their games and meet the judges who will decide who will be crowned the 2022 Games Design Champion.

World Art Day is celebrated on 15th April, with the date being chosen to honour the birthday of Leonardo da Vinci. We have lots of fantastic resources inside Purple Mash to help celebrate art across your school on this day.

Since 1994 National Poetry Day has engaged millions of people with poetry through a range of live events and web-based activities for people throughout the country. Each year the day is given a new theme in order to highlight particular poets and styles of poetry. This year's National Poetry Day is on the 2nd of October and the theme this year is 'Play'.
