Here at 2Simple, we are a proud partner of Maths Week London which takes place from 23rd - 27th June.

We've put together a collection of activities and games, all with an outdoor theme and written especially for Maths Week London 2025.

Getting your children reading during the summer holidays can sometimes seem like an extra job - an additional cost on top of days out and endless snacks, or like school is creeping into their leisure time. But summer reading doesn't have to feel like homework! From audiobooks and family reading time to library visits and reading on days out, here are 15 easy and fun ways to encourage children to keep reading at home and throughout the summer holidays.

The Purple Mash Festive Card Competition gave children the chance to design the official 2Simple festive card on any festive theme they wanted. In less than 3 weeks we received over 8,000 entries from schools worldwide across four age groups, and a school staff category. Thank you to everyone who took part. World Space Week is a UN-declared celebration of space held annually from 4th to 10th October. This year's theme is 'Living in Space'. There are lots of Space resources within Purple Mash, Serial Mash and Python in Pieces that you can use to inspire children throughout the week, to infinity and beyond!
