Stuck in the Dark Ages when it comes to teaching history? Take a look at some of the ways in which 2Simple can help you teach history in your classroom.

On 16th May, Ofsted published their research review into the computing curriculum, aiming to 'identify factors that can contribute to a high-quality computing teaching and learning and including factors such as the curriculum itself, pedagogy, assessment and systems in place'. We've taken a close look at the report and identified how Purple Mash meets each of those factors, and throughout this week we're posting a series of blog posts outlining exactly how it does this. Each daily blog will cover 2-3 of the factors in depth, looking at what the report says and highlighting where Purple Mash supports them.

On the final day of our 4 part series, we examine pedagogy and assessment.

Kingsland only started using Purple Mash this school year (2018-19) and has already been recognised as a 2Simple School of Excellence. In fact, its worth noting that the school has a strong commitment to ICT in general: it has achieved the ICT Mark and is the Apple Regional Training Centre for Stoke.

Computing is what 2Simple is most well known for, particularly Purple Mash. But those users who don't have Purple Mash always wonder what it has to offer... read this blog to find out how 2Simple can help you teach computing.

It's that time of year when children in all year groups will be practicing and revising their key skills, ready for SATs, the Multiplication Tables Check or end of year assessments.  We've got lots of resources on Purple Mash to help with the key skills across reading, writing, SPaG and maths.
