The Mash of the Month for June is Serial Mash, our online library for reading and comprehension that inspires children to read. This month we are launching our #SerialMashSummer Reading Challenge.

The YIVO Institute for Jewish Research is based in New York City and represents the single largest and most comprehensive collection of materials on East European Jewish civilization in the world. Dedicated to preserving the stories of Jewish life, much of their work focuses on the history and culture of East European Jewry - the ancestry of a significant number of Jewish people in the world today.

End-of-year reporting can be one of the most demanding tasks teachers face. With parents expecting detailed, personalised feedback and assessment deadlines looming, the pressure can feel relentless. Evidence Me by 2Simple is designed to take that pressure off, giving you powerful, easy-to-use reporting tools that turn your assessments into polished, shareable reports in just a few clicks.

In October, Black History Month will be explored across the country. It's a time for our young learners to immerse themselves in the annual commemoration to find out about the significant contributions and achievements of the black community in the UK.

At 2Simple we want to help by raising awareness of International Literacy Day and the importance of young people gaining those valuable literacy and language skills that are needed throughout life.

Here we look at just some of the resources available within Purple Mash that can help young learners engage with literacy and enjoy it for life.
