This year National Coding Week will run from the 16th to the 22nd of September

There are a number of ways that schools can get involved: run a coding challenge for students, take part in the Digital skills Challenge or showcase how you are supporting coding in the school.

This year International Women's Day falls on Sunday 8th March with the theme Give to Gain. The day was created to celebrate women and their achievements, whilst challenging stereotypes, bias, discrimination and perceptions. Remembrance Day or Armistice Day is held on the 11th of November and marks the day that World War I ended at 11am on the 11th day, of the 11th month in 1918.
